Covid 19 has caused unprecedented loss and uncertainty on a global level. In line with government guidelines we have closed the store to walk-in customers and it will remain closed until it is safe to reopen again.

As an online business we are allowed to continue to trade and all orders are being processed as normal. Our fantastic courier partners are collecting and delivering daily so we are shipping to our current timescales. There are occasional hold-ups receiving product from our overseas suppliers which is causing delays to some shipments but this is improving as global supply lines start to re-open and so we are largely unaffected.

At present our situation is: 

Retail store is closed to walk-in / trade customers / Only Wholesale Wearhouse are Open

Online sales are processing as normal

Trade orders are processing as normal

Although the government has advised that non-essential retail stores can reopen from 15th June, we will be remaining closed until we are back up to full staff levels and can fully implement the extensive Covid-19 guidelines as set out by the government for retail outlets.

We are able to offer a ‘click and collect’ service by appointment only so you can order online then please just call us to arrange a suitable time for collection and we will prepare your order so you can collect without needing to enter the shop.

Returns Policy

We are accepting returns but, according to government guidelines, these must be quarantined for 72 hours so please allow for this when returning any goods for refund or replacement.
